The ESF implementation dashboard and database in PowerBI is to help data analysis by offering comparisons and standard metrics (e.g. success rates). Comparisons can be made across countries, investment priorities, categories of regions and programmes.

The dashboard compiles information about the financial and physical implementation of the ESF in the 2014-2020 period until end 2020. The achievements in common indicators can be compared in terms of unit costs, success rates and progress to targets and broken down by member state, operational programme category of region, thematic objective and investment priority.

Since 2016, annual reports synthesise the ESF achievements on the basis of the annual implementation reports submitted by member states. This edition summarises the achievements by end 2021 (reported by MS in 2022). It was prepared by the ESF+ Data Support Centre.
