TOD IJG - General
It can happen that a regional programme has two categories of region within the same geographical area.
Q: How to transmit data for one operation having two categories of region?
A: The number of selected operations is only to be provided in Tables 1 and 2. Only in Table 1, sub-totals and a grand total of the number of selected operations is calculated. Since the data in these Tables need to be provided per priority, specific objective, fund and category of region, an operation covering more than one of those combinations will appear in multiple rows.
N.B. The values have to be entered in whole numbers (no decimals).
Consequently, if one operation contributes to two category of regions, that operation should be reported for each category.
So, it is preferable to have an accurate count of the operations contributing to each category of region, even if the total will not be accurate sometimes.
