Table 6 is not editable and it is shown as they exist in Table 1 of the Financial Data submission of 31/01/Reporting Year+1.

The column “Total eligible expenditure incurred by beneficiaries and paid by 31/12/2018 and certified to the Commission” is only displayed in AIR2018. Its value comes from the “2018 CUM TOTAL” value of the Financial Indicators for each Priority Axis, Fund and Category of Region in Table 5.

Concerning the transmission of Guideline 6. and only for document type 'Continued compliance with the accreditation criteria' there is a mandatory field called 'Audit reference code'.

To help National Authorities assessing total eligible expenditure and national funding for an Operational Programme in case of an increase in co-financing rates, a new report called 'Cofinancing Rate' has been developed indicating the new minimum national funding for reaching the maximum EU funding adopted in the decision on the OP.

DG AGRI (Dir H) expects MS Coordination Bodies (= Member State Node) to act as body responsible for sending/using this data flow.

'Audit Communications' can be used for sending information to DG AGRI - Dir H in a secure way. Uploading and sending data/documents can only be performed by users having the role 'Coordination Body Update & Send' (MSCB).

As the 'Audit Communication' documents can contain some personal data, they are encrypted by SFC2014. In order to read them in SFC after upload, the role 'MS Audit Personal Data Read' (MSAPDR) will be also requested.

This possibility is allowed only for a sub-set of sections with minor information or those who have no structural correspondence - which remain mandatory.
