The linked CCI is display only and cannot be encoded on the decision. When you link an object version (Programme, Partnership Agreement, Accounts Decision, …) to a Commission Decision, then this object version will appear under "Linked To" on the Commission Decision.

There is NO Section 15 as such in the AIR.

As from release version 2.18.5 onwards the following changes are implemented in the AIR 2018:

The Implementation Report & Accounts versions for AMIF/ISF cannot be completely deleted anymore, so the permissions on the delete action were removed and the link ‘Delete’ will not appear among your options.

In case you need to delete the whole IR or Accounts, you will have to ask your Desk-Officer who will analyse case by case and if they confirm, we will temporarily grant the delete action to you.

Yes, you can enter different system audits for the same CCI/Fund(s)/Audited entity in one NAR.

For this, records must have the same date of final audit report. If these are audits done on different moments and with different final audit reports you have to create separate NARs.

For the 'Annual Control Report' and the 'EC Audit Report Correspondence' exist an option to restrict the read permission to some Authorities, this is an additional restriction.

The document 'EC Letter' can be read only by the MS Audit Authority roles.

For all other NAR document types it is the MS Managing Authority, MS Certifying Authority and MS Audit Authority, but this document has been restricted to only MS Audit Authorities.

The Management Declaration must be signed by the Director of the Paying Agency, the Audit Opinion by the the Director of Certification Body and the Accounts by the Paying Agency.
