Storage of individual data on common output indicators under Annex I (1.2) in the central IT system
There is no requirement to hold micro-data on participants for these indicators in a centralised system. It is up to each MA to determine how the necessary data are collected, stored and processed. What is important is that the MA has the capacity to bring the data together using computerised methods in order to produce the final values required, including the required aggregates and breakdowns, and can demonstrate how the values for the common indicators are produced. \nFurthermore, personal data at the individual level (i.e. micro-data) do not have to be held in a single database but may be spread across different databases with the MA or at lower levels (such as the beneficiaries) or even by third parties (such as a statistical office or the public employment service).
