If you receive the following error message upon validation:

Firstly check that you have uploaded a document of this type for each CCI concerned by the Final Control Report.

Secondly, check that you have added the CCI number to all the documents of this type. To do so, first click on the Edit link in the Associated Documents section:

Select the document title for this document type:

Make sure the CCI  number has been added (1) and click on 'Save' (2):

In SFC2007 FO the first Final Payment Claim cannot be sent by the MS if there are Interim Payments that are still in status 'Sent'. All Interim payment versions need to be "Accepted" or "fully rejected". 

The Financial details section (which contains the tables "FI per Priority Axis" and "FI based on already declared and certified eligible expenditure") does not exist in the Final Implementation Report (FIR).

The financial information table has to be uploaded in the Attached Documents section of the FIR as a new document of type 'Final Implementation Report: Financial Information (ERDF, CF, ESF)' as shown below:

You can upload any type of document but preferably a pdf file.

A template exists here https://ec.europa.eu/sfc/sites/default/files/2007/Financial%20information%20table.xlsx and should be uploaded in the addocaited documents section.

New elements have been added to the Financial Engineering Instruments tables, specifically for the FIR. The changes to the FEI template have been implemented.

The Quick Guide has been updated with details of the changes.

For the FIR which have been sent to the EC already, the EC will have to return for modification if necessary (i.e. if the OP makes use of FEI).

The web service has been updated accordingly.

As described below, in the Reporting Year field, you must choose the Final option :
