We are pleased to announce that, as mentioned in the meeting of the Committee of the Agricultural Funds held on 22 September 2023, the XML files related to the Annual Accounts for FY2023 are now available on CIRCABC and SFC2021. You can also find there an XSD file, explaining the structure of the XML files. Click 'View' for more information.
The Accounts have been modified so that in cases where the accounting function is entrusted to a separate body, both the Managing Authority and the Body with Accounting Function will need to sign the Accounts declaration.
In all other cases only the Managing Authority will need to sign. Note that this information is taken from the Authorities section in the last adopted version of the Programme.
