Changes

Partnership Agreement

PA (1856) - The tables from section 1 and 11 have now their cells aligned vertically to the top.

PA (1682) - Regulation Articles have been renumbered to reflect final version of the Regulations: TA Art32 changed to Art37, TA Art30(4) changed to 36(4), TA Art30(5) changed to 36(5), JTF Art 3a changed to 4, JTF Art 3d changed to 7, Art 88 changed to 94, Art 89 changed to 95, Art 19(5) changed to 24(5).

 

Defects Fixed

Partnership Agreement

PA (1918) – When editing section General>Version info, and change CCI, the 500 error was shown, although the CCI can be updated when the Version is the first one. This has been fixed.

PA (1919) – The popover for column 'Programmes' was showing a wrong title. This has been fixed.

PA (1987) – The list of allocated CCIs was empty for countries without CF fund. This has been fixed.

PA (1924) – When creating a new version, the Data in section 6.2 was not completely copied from previous version. This has been fixed.

PA (1923) – When creating a new version, the Table 11 from the new version did not have the funds selected for the enabling conditions. This has been fixed.

PA (2013) – The Table 9A and 9B were creating wrong records. This has been fixed.

PA (1922) – When validating it was possible to click the validate button twice resulting in an error 500 message. This is now fixed.

PA (1919) – In Table 1 the popover for column 'Programmes' was showing a wrong title. This has been fixed.

 

Commission decision

CD (1999) - The list of available CCIs to cover was not ordered. This has been fixed.

CD (2000) - On edit mode, the EC user can create a cycle using the field 'Is correcting decision' and in that case, the detail was not accessible anymore (the spinner never ends).  This has been fixed.

CD (2001) – Member State users were able to see files hidden by EC user, when they shouldn’t. This has been fixed.

CD (2069) - The Decision number and date has correctly been changed to a hyperlink.

CD (2043) – The Commission Decision was showing without a date on the search page. This is now fixed.

 

General

EUI (1971) - The table titles and content were empty when navigating to table popup section from other sections as an EC user. This has been fixed.

GEN (2064) - The ‘Order by’ in the different tables has been disabled for all tables except the Search page.

GEN (2091) – When editing the ‘Version Information’ section the label in the Object tab was disappearing. This has been fixed.

GEN (1971) - The table titles and content were empty when navigating to a table popup section from other sections as an EC user. This is now fixed.

GEN (1680)/(1657) – The system/About info will now automatically refresh after a new release.

GEN (1920) - The Switch profile functionality was not working correctly after entering the application. This is now fixed.

GEN (1836) – The Screen was freezing after clicking the back arrow while editing or performing a workflow action. This has been fixed.

DOC (1721) – General issue for all MS Object Documents where an Orange warning was incorrectly displayed on send and send & save. This is now fixed.

DOC (2067) – When editing a document the heading column of the attachment would disappear when dragged out of edit screen. This has been fixed.

Users who have this problem in appendix 2 will need to do an update on the expenditure table to get the calculated amounts in appendix 2 recalculated. We are pleased to announce that the Annual Performance Report is available in the PRODUCTION environment via the Monitoring menu in SFC2021. The encoding of data into the system will be possible as of 16 October 2023.

As presented in the GREXE meeting of March 7, the Commission prepared a report based on your CAP Strategic Plans to help Member States identify which Data should be sent on Interventions and Beneficiaries within the context of Data for Monitoring and Evaluation. Click 'View' for more information.
