We are pleased to announce that the Programme AIB functionality for the creation of Programmes for the Internal Security Fund (ISF), Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) & Border Management and Visa Policy (BMVI) will be available as of 24 th September 2021 via the Programming menu in SFC2021 PRODUCTION. You can find a user guide in the Support Materials section of this portal.
The following Validation Rules have been activated in the CAP Strategic Plan and the User Guide has been updated accordingly with these new rules:
| PRG_CSP_596 | Error | Validate that in "Planned Unit Amount- Financial Table with Outputs", the sum of yearly values for Total Output is not null or zero. |
| PRG_CSP_597 | Error | Validate that in "Planned Unit Amount - Financial Table with Outputs", the sum of yearly values for Annual indicative financial allocation (Total public expenditure in EUR) is not null or zero. |
| PRG_CSP_598 | Error | Validate that in "Planned Unit Amount - Financial Table with Outputs", the sum of yearly values for Annual indicative financial allocation (Union Contribution in EUR) is not null or zero. |
| PRG_CSP_616b | Error | Validate that in row 14 of the Overview table “transferred from hops”, if any amount is specified the amount in row 20 “hops” must be 0. This rule applies to Germany only. |
