YYYY03 with cut-off-date 31/03 to be submitted by 30/04 of YYYY
YYYY06 with cut-off-date 30/06 to be submitted by 31/07 of YYYY
YYYY09 with cut-off-date 30/09 to be submitted by 31/10 of YYYY
YYYY12 with cut-off-date 31/12 to be submitted by 31/01 of YYYY+1
