30.05.2025: : Update of CSP Validation Rules

Please note that the list of CSP validation rules has been updated in the CSP Quick Guide.

The following validation rules have been added:

PRG_CSP_390ERRValidate, for each additional GAEC in section 3.10.5, that a code, a title and a description are filled
PRG_CSP_576_0050ERRValidate that, in chapter 5, if the reply to the question "Does the intervention include carry-over expenditure from RDP" is "it does partially", for the same intervention in chapter 5.3 the total amount under "Out of which, carry-over (Union contribution in EUR)" must be higher than zero and lower than the total "Annual indicative financial allocation (Union contribution in EUR)".

PRG_CSP_582_0056ERRValidate that in section 5.3, point 13, per year, the "Out of which for financial instrument (Total public expenditure in EUR)" cannot be lower than the "Out of which for financial instrument (Union contribution in EUR)".
PRG_CSP_582_0058ERRValidate that in section 5.3 (Rural Development), point 13, per year, the "Out of which needed to reach the minimum financial allocation set out in Annex XII (Total public expenditure in EUR)" cannot be lower than the "Out of which needed to reach the minimum financial allocation set out in Annex XII (Union contribution in EUR)".

The validation rule PRG_CSP_016_0910 has been deleted (replaced by PRG_CSP_390 above)
