24.06.2024: Validation Rule changes for TOD Table 6 (ESF+)

To improve the consistency of the transmitted data, additional validation rules are implemented in the Transmission of Data module.

As programme specific reserved output indicators are a combination of common output indicators, their achieved values have to logically correspond. E.g. the value submitted for ‘EECO10+11’ should equal the sum of EECO10 and EECO11. The new validation rules cover all programme specific reserved output indicators.

Please find the validation rules concerned listed below:

144	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO02+04 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO02 and EECO04.
145	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO02+05 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO02 and EECO05.
146	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO02+04+05 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO02, EECO04 and EECO05.
147	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO06+07 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO06 and EECO07.
148	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO09+10 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO09 and EECO10.
149	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO10+11 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO10 and EECO11.
150	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO09+10+11 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO09, EECO10 and EECO11.
151	Error	Validate when submission period is YYYY06 or YYYY12 in table 6 per priority, specific objective, category of region and gender for reserved indicator EECO03+04 that the achieved value equals the sum of the achieved values of the composing common output indicators EECO03 and EECO04.
