18.01.2024: Assurance package EAGF/EAFRD: Request for extension of deadlines document available

New non-integral document type has been created in the Annual Accounts. This will give the possibility to the Member States (MS) to upload request for extension of deadline for the submission of (part) of the assurance package.

The non-integral documents can be submitted independently from the annual accounts. It is covering request for extension of the deadlines for the entire assurance package (all related documents submitted in SFC 2021 and SFC 2014). In the letter to be uploaded, the MS should specify for which part of the assurance package the extension of the deadlines is requested (e.g., Annual accounts EAGF and/or Annual accounts EAFRD 2014-2022 and/or Annual accounts 2023-2027 and/or Annual performance report and/or Certification Body Report and opinion EAGF and/or Management Declaration of the PA  etc.) and to provide respective justification.

In order to submit the request, the MS should open an account version as described in section “Create the Annual Accounts” of the Quick Guide on the Annual Accounts and Management Declarations (hereafter referred as Quick Guide)  - https://sfc.ec.europa.eu/en/2021/quickguides/aca#annual-accounts-and-management-declarations-0.
