This release minly contains improvements/fixes for CAP Strategic Plan. The following are all Changes and Fixed Defects included in this release:
Changes:
AGRI CSP - New validation rules added.
AGRI CSP (6141) - budget codes - date of effect 16/10/2023 for budget codes under 08 02 02 06.
Defects Fixed:
AGRI CSP (6505) - Missing and incorrect values for group of PUA in chapter 6.2 of the report has been fixed.
AGRI CSP (6343) - grouping of the articles in section 4.2.3 fixed as defined in the Technical Guidelines.
AGRI CSP (6520) - issue with rule PRG_CSP_586: years checked for the API % should be 2023-2027 and not 2023-2028.
GEN DOC (6593) - EC user only - When all attachments of an EC Integral document are marked as hidden, when executing the workflow action the 'hidden' value was not saved. This is fixed.
The services of the Commission will be closed on 21.07.2023. The SFC2021 application will remain operational. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. The Support service will not be available.
We are pleased to announce that the MAPS Action Plans module is available in SFC2021 (menu ‘Audit > Action Plans (EAGF/EAFRD)'). The first Reservation letters will be sent during the second half of July and will be also available in SFC2021 from the menu ‘Audit > Reservation letters (EAGF/EAFRD)’. As of tomorrow, 01.07.2023, you can start encoding version 202306 of the Transmission of data. The next submission deadline for the Transmission of data is 31.07.2023. To assist users with the encoding of data we have created a template Excel file that can be imported into SFC2021. Click 'View' for more information.
