When the MS wants to create a new version of the programme containing modifications which do not require a new Commission Decision, the option ‘Major amendment’ under ‘General > Version Information’ should be unticked (this option is ticked by default after creating a new programme version).
The format used for the CCI codes is YEAR CC DG FF TP SEQ eg: 2014BE16RFOP001
YEAR
Numerical code identifying the Start Year of the Programme/Object.
In almost all cases 2014.
CC
Character code identifying the Country or Geographical Region.
All Country iso-2 codes + TC for Territorial Cooperation, EU for European Union and EC for European Commission.
Remark: Currently UK is used instead of the iso-2 code GB.

Section 15 is never in the report as it only refers to extra columns to be foreseen in Table 6. So, if you look in Table 6 you will see for the FIR this extra column (14) “Total eligible expenditure incurred by beneficiaries and paid by 31/12/2023 and certified to the Commission” .
It is only displayed in the FIR and its value comes from the “2023 CUM TOTAL” value of the Financial Indicators for each Priority Axis, Fund and Category of Region in Table 5.
