For ESF+ programmes, all common and some programme specific result indicators are linked to ‘output indicators used as a basis for target setting’. Logically, these result indicators’ achievement values expressed in absolute number cannot be higher than the achievement to the linked output indicator. However, the rule’s previous version did not differentiate between result indicators expressed as percentage or absolute number. The modified validation rule only applies to absolute numbers (while result indicator achievements expressed in percentage cannot be higher than 100). Click 'View' for more information.

The Accounts have been modified so that in cases where the accounting function is entrusted to a separate body, both the Managing Authority and the Body with Accounting Function will need to sign the Accounts declaration.
