We would like to inform you that a new updated version of the SFC 2021 CAP Strategic plan is made available to test. The data encoded in this testing system can not and will not be automatically transferred to the SFC2021 Production environment.
The available functionalities align further with the SFC Technical guidelines which have been under revision in view of the drafted secondary legislation on the content of the CAP Plans.
We would like to invite the MS who have already created a CAP Strategic Plan in this environment, to delete it and recreate it in order to see and test the latest modifications concerning the CAP Strategic Plan structure. Those who wish could provide feedback on technical matters re the use of the module at EC-SFC2021-INFO@ec.europa.eu .
Please be aware that yet still further fine tuning and modifications are to be implemented to fully align with the latest SFC TG guidelines.
It is planned that the SFC CAP Strategic plans will be available in Production for start of encoding in the beginning of November for which a notification will be sent.
Please note that the submission of the ESF+ Payment Applications to the Commission is now possible. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The services of the Commission will be closed on 21.07.2023. The SFC2021 application will remain operational. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. The Support service will not be available.
We are pleased to announce that the MAPS Action Plans module is available in SFC2021 (menu ‘Audit > Action Plans (EAGF/EAFRD)'). The first Reservation letters will be sent during the second half of July and will be also available in SFC2021 from the menu ‘Audit > Reservation letters (EAGF/EAFRD)’. As of tomorrow, 01.07.2023, you can start encoding version 202306 of the Transmission of data. The next submission deadline for the Transmission of data is 31.07.2023. To assist users with the encoding of data we have created a template Excel file that can be imported into SFC2021. Click 'View' for more information.
