15.04.2024: Update of XSD/XML/CSV files expected for the DIB communication

We would like to inform you that the XSD file (explaining the structure of the XML files) related to Data on Interventions and Beneficiaries (DIB)) has been slightly adapted. XML and CSV examples have also been adapted accordingly.

Changes in XSD:

  • Header 
    • replace cci by paCode (in header)
  • Interventions
    • fix field name : M120 instead of M0120
    • remove R044 as this field will be automatically calculated
  • Beneficiaries
    • remove check about the length for municipalityCode
    • adapt possible values for B080 in type naturaAreaType
      • 0: No;
      • 1: Yes;
      • 2: 0 < X ≤ 50% located in Natura 2000 area
    • add field B170 (as B170 can be different than the sum of B171 and B172)
  • adapt syntax of root elements dibInterventions and dibBeneficiaries

 

Changes in CSV

  • the separator should be ';' instead of ',' 
  • decimal can be either ',' or '.'


Please be aware that the data included in the XML and CSV files are only for information purposes and do not correspond to data declared by the respective Member States.

This release mainly contains improvements/fixes for CAP Strategic Plan. Click here for more information.
The report with the content of the CSP will be generated during the “Preparing for Send” action . Please note that report does not contain yet all SFC information (in particular intervention chapter might be skipped for the time being for large reports) . The form or content of this report should not constitute an impediment for sending the CSP to EC. This report will be improved in the coming days and the improved version will be used when performing the evaluation of the plan.

SFC2021 will remain operational throughout the Holiday period. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. Very limited user support will be available during this period. We strongly recommend Member States ensure they have the necessary roles and permissions and submit their data as early as possible.
