Changes

Programme IJG

PRG IJG(2150) - Table 4 - row height has been increased for the entire text to fit.

PRG IJG(2317) – Sections 3.1, 3.3 and 3.4 are only active only for amendments ( version > 1 ).

PRG IJG (2195) - Table 10 - Freeze columns has been added to Fund & Category of region in display/edit.

 

 

Defects Fixed

Programme IJG

PRG IJG (2153) - Table 11 – The machine name was displayed instead of the column name. This is now fixed.

PRG IJG(2156) - Table 10 - "Total" column should be grey and non-editable. This is fixed.

PRG IJG(2223) - Result indicators – ‘First reference year’ was not marked as mandatory. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG(2216) - All funds are pre-checked during PRG creation wizard, but only funds selected in CCI request should be checked. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG(1663) – Both workflow actions "Edit" & "Validate" should show last action date. This is fixed.

PRG IJG(2379) - User was unable to see multi-fund CCI with correct roles. This is now fixed.

PRG IJG(2258) - Section 2 - Priority - Error message for dedicated priority has been changed to "Just one policy objective can be selected per priority and the chosen dedicated priority should entail only the respective specific objective".

PRG IJG(2296) - TJTP link list should only allow to link to Completed TJTPS. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2385) – Tables 4 to 8 - Dimension tables the order was not correct. This is now fixed.

PRG IJG (2384) – Tables 2 and 3 - The order was not correct. This is now fixed.

PRG IJG (2192) – Table 12 - In the Specific Objective column on Enabling Conditions, there was only the code . This has now been corrected to show the code description.

PRG IJG (2357) – Table 11 - Total rows should be only per fund and category of region (and articles 3,4 for JTF. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2359) - Section 2.1 Non-TA priorities - On create a new priority, the orderBy field was not saved. This is now fixed.

PRG IJG (2220) – Extra labels were being shown in the Version Info section. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (652) – Section 0 – Region Coverage- On edit, if an invalid ID for a region is used, then an error was occurring. This is new fixed.

PRG IJG (2245) - The screen was freezing after clicking on "Priorities" link while adding data to table 18A. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2291) - In the Priority Specific Objective table the Specific Objective column now shows the Code  Description correctly.

PRG IJG (2334) – An error was occurring when trying to save data in appendix 1 summary. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2262) - Table 3 Result indicators - On adding a specific programme Result Indicator, Baseline, Target, First year were mandatory when they shouldn’t be. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2259) - Table 3 Result indicators - It's wasn’t always possible to add a value to the 'Last reference year' field. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2233) - Table 2 and Table 3 indicators - Values in table 2 and table 3 were displayed incorrectly. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2335) - Table 12 Enabling conditions – It was possible to save a criterion as fulfilled with an empty reference. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2377) - Section TJTP Link - The TJTP version number was missing in the list of TJTP Versions from which the user had to select one. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2372) - Section 3 Table11 - Backend validation: The private column (d or f) should be disabled when the basis for calculation of Union support is Public. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2363) - Section 2.2 TA priorities - Records in tables 7 and 8 were not editable for both TA priorities for article 36(4) and TA priorities for article 37. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2321) - Section 2.2 TA priorities – It was not possible to add a new priority. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2352) -  Section 2.1.1.2 should only be created for Material Deprivation priority related to ESO4.13 specific objective. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2239) - Section 2.1.1 Priority - The code was missing in the specific objective list. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2323) - Section 2.1.1 Priority - On modifying a fund-specific objective, the TOC was not updated. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2326) - Section 2.1.1 Priority - On modifying a fund-specific objective, the enabling conditions in table 12 were not maintained. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2241) - Section 2.1.1 Priority - On adding a fund- region category, sometimes an error occurred. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2324) - Section 2.1 Non-TA priorities - On deletion of a priority, the related enabling conditions in table12 were not removed. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2325) - Section 2.1 Non-TA priorities - On creation of a priority, the list of dedicated priorities wasn’t showing the code. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2230) - Section 2.1 Non-TA priorities - On adding a priority, sometimes the ID field was disabled. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2354) - Section 0. Version info - When modifying the funds covered, non-ESF+ dedicated priorities were removed from section 2.1. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2327) - Dimension tables (t4-t8) - The total row had action buttons 'Edit' and 'Delete'. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2293) - The list of Specific Objectives was empty when creating a Priority dedicated to MD13. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2318) - Appendixes 1 and 2 - Specific objective codes were missing. This is fixed.

PRG IJG (2281) - Appendix 2 - Delete icon should not be displayed on the only operation type. This has been fixed.

PRG IJG (2353) - Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 – Indicator list was producing error on create/edit an indicator with an already existing name. This is fixed.

 

Programme ETC

PRG ETC (2322) - Section 2.1.1.1b should only be enabled for certain Strand C programmes. This is fixed.

PRG ETC (1507) - Withdraw button should not be present for the programmes that have not been sent to commission previously. This is fixed.

PRG ETC (2208) - Table 3 - Save button remains greyed out even after filling in all mandatory information. This has been fixed.

 

Programme EMFF

PRG EMFF (2290) - Print - Table 12 was exceeding page boundaries. This is now fixed.

The module on Annual accounts and Management Declarations for the Paying Agency and the Coordinating Body (as relevant), pursuant to Article 33(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2022/128, is now available for testing in SFC2021 Acceptance environment https://webgate.acceptance.ec.europa.eu/sfc2021/sfc-fo/home under menu ‘EXECUTION > Annual Accounts and Management declaration(s) (EAGF, EAFRD)’. Click 'View' for more information.

We are pleased to announce that the Programme AIB functionality for the creation of Programmes for the Internal Security Fund (ISF), Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) & Border Management and Visa Policy (BMVI) will be available as of 24 th September 2021 via the Programming menu in SFC2021 PRODUCTION.
