TOD (8188): Table 10 - Records were missing for result indicators having an output indicator as basis for target setting. This is fixed.
TOD (8125): Error in creation due wrong validation property size. This is fixed.

This release fixes the issue with the calculation in the Payment Application amounts Appendix 2 & 3. Users who have this problem in appendix 2 will need to do an update on the expenditure table to get the calculated amounts in appendix 2 recalculated.
