We are pleased to announce that the CAP Strategic Plan is available via the Programming menu in SFC2021 PRODUCTION.
The existing functionalities are based on the SFC Technical guidelines, which have been under revision in view of the drafted secondary legislation on the content of the CAP Plans.
Please be aware that yet further fine-tuning, modifications and additions, including validation rules, are to be implemented to fully align with the latest SFC Technical guidelines. Their latest version will be shared with Member States in the following days.
Please also take note that for the time being the submission of the CAP Strategic Plan is not activated.

The services of the Commission will be closed on 21.07.2023. The SFC2021 application will remain operational. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. The Support service will not be available.

The first Reservation letters will be sent during the second half of July and will be also available in SFC2021 from the menu ‘Audit > Reservation letters (EAGF/EAFRD)’. As of tomorrow, 01.07.2023, you can start encoding version 202306 of the Transmission of data. The next submission deadline for the Transmission of data is 31.07.2023. To assist users with the encoding of data we have created a template Excel file that can be imported into SFC2021. Click 'View' for more information.
