03.06.2022 : SFC2021 New Release 1.40.0 (12h30 CET)

This release mainly contains improvements/fixes for CAP Strategic Plan. The following are all Changes and Fixed Defects included in this release.

 

Changes

 

Programme (IJG, ETC, EMFAF, AIB)

PRG (5410) - allow to accept the programme and at the same time set the eligibility start and end date. When not specifying a start and end date, the existing dates should be kept. Currently they were overwritten with 01/01/1970. When there are no current dates, then the default values to apply are 01/01/2021-31/12/2029

 

Cap Strategic Plan (EAGF/EAFRD)

AGRI CSP (5516) - One more digit added in the Budget Code for the PUA (4 instead of 3).

AGRI CSP – new validation rules added.

 

Defects Fixed

 

CAP Strategic Plan (EAGF/EAFRD)

AGRI CSP  (5322) - for some interventions, the WTO infos were not displayed in the pdf report. This is fixed.

AGRI CSP  (5415) - In PUA definition, there was a problem to select an existing group. This is fixed.

AGRI CSP  (5502) - Selection of at least one result indicator per intervention is not always mandatory. This is fixed.

AGRI CSP  (5508) - sub-totals per unit of measurement encoded in chapter 5 were not all displayed in table 2.3.2. This is fixed.

AGRI CSP  (5482) -  Texts align=justify were not correctly displayed in the report. This is fixed.

AGRI CSP  (5503) - The user was getting an error when deleting an intervention (in CAP Plan of Finland) . This is fixed.

AGRI CSP  (5627 ) - user was getting an error when they generate the report or xls report 6.2. This is fixed.

AGRI CSP  (5526) – user was getting an error when they try to define a custom unit for the output in a PUA. This is fixed.

The Commission is closed between the 21.12.2024 and 02.01.2025 inclusive. The presence of the SFC Support team will be very limited during this time. We advise users to plan in advance and complete any urgent tasks before 20.12.2024.

New Validation Rules have been activated in the CAP Strategic Plan and the User Guide has been updated accordingly with these new rules. Click on 'View' to see more detailed information.
SFC2021, SFC2014 and SFC2007 will be unavailable during maintenance on Saturday 13.07.2024 from 08:00 to 18:00.
The module on ‘Disaggregated Data on Interventions and Beneficiaries’ is now available for testing in SFC2021 Acceptance environment under menu ‘MONITORING > Data on Monitoring and Evaluation > Interventions/Beneficiaries (EAGF, EAFRD)’. Click 'View' for more information.
