CAP Plan content updates and developments
On the basis of the latest discussion on the Implementing Acts on the CAP Plan content and the most recent version of the SFC technical guidelines (version 3), developments are being undertaken on a constant basis. Weekly updates are being made available, incorporating new features which bring the SFC structure closer to the final one. However, developments are time consuming and resource intense.
The function for generating the full report of the CAP Plan will be made available as soon as possible, indicatively on 21st of December. As regards to the activation of the submission function, it can only take place after the secondary legislation and in particular when the Implementing Acts on CAP Plan content is enforceable.
We are doing our utmost to have the complete system up and running as soon as possible, although the ongoing process for approving the secondary legislation imposes some limitations.
CCI requests & Partnership Agreement (PA) are available for encoding. Programmes for the different funds will become available in the coming months. The SFC2021 application will be opened in the coming weeks. More information for Liaison Officers and their Users will be posted soon.
