We are pleased to inform you that the submission period for the transfer of ‘Data on Interventions and Beneficiaries (DIB)’ information related to the financial year 2025 is now activated in SFC2021 PRODUCTION environment.
The DIB menu is available under ‘Monitoring > Data on Monitoring and Evaluation > Interventions > Beneficiaries’.
As from Monday 23 February 2026, you can encode the data for your Member State into the system.
We also hereby announce that the version 2.1. of the Guidelines for Data on Interventions and Beneficiaries (DIB) is now available on the SFC Support Portal and on Europa.
Following changes incorporated into the latest version of the Guidelines, the list of validation rules has been revised accordingly and it is available on the SFC Support Portal in the dedicated Quick Guide.
The revised validation rules will apply for both the submission of DIB data related to financial year 2025 as well as for the potential re-submission of financial years 2023 and 2024 data.
Given certain discrepancies in reporting rules between financial years, the content and the severity of certain rules have been adapted.
We seize this opportunity to remind that the deadline for the submission of DIB data related to financial year 2025 is 30 April 2026.
