Investments in culture under the ERDF/CF regulation seem to be cross cutting however there are no particular indicators which capture such investment. Can programme-specific indiactors be used?

Programme-specific indicators can be accepted if (1) no common indicators are available for the respective type of action, or (2)  they are clearly different from the common indicators introduced at EU level.
