Taking into account the characteristics of the interventions, collection and storage of individual data is not required. In order to decrease the administrative burden, if not directly available, result indicators can be reported based on an informed estimate by the beneficiaries. These estimations can be based on sampling approaches (e.g. counting of recipients at certain days/weeks of the year and extrapolated) or other methods. Inevitably, there is a risk that some end recipients will be counted more than once if she/he will collect a support from different beneficiaries. One of the possibilities to limit double-counting could be counting/estimating end recipients of all beneficiaries in the same area during the same day. Managing authorities are required to document the methods used.
