Answer
The performance framework consists of all the output and result indicators of the programme. This includes all relevant common indicators (i.e. indicators under Annex I for specific objective (a) to (l) operations not targeting the most deprived; indicators under Annex II for specific objective (x) operations targeting the most deprived; and indicators under Annex III for specific objective (m)) and all programme-specific indicators that have been set in the programme, including those with a target and those without a target. The aim of the performance framework is to assess not only whether the targets have been achieved, but also to monitor programme implementation and to contribute to measuring the overall performance of the Funds.
