ACA - Should the TA budget code be included in the Annual Declaration XML file?

You should not include the Technical Assistance Budget code in your Annual Declaration XML file(s), the Technical Assistance amount will be automatically calculated by SFC2021.

You should not include it in your Difference Explanation XML file(s) anymore  (in case of differences), the Difference Explanation code for the Technical Assistance will be automatically set by SFC2021 (B02: Rounding Error) .
