Enabling Condition Actual Status
PURPOSE
This document describes the actions related to the actual status of an Enabling Condition. The actual status of an Enabling Condition is determined by the first programme adoption in which it is used or by a decision on an article 15(4) or 15(6) procedure.

Consult an Enabling Condition Actual Status
Remark | The User is an identified User and has the role of MS Authority or MS Managing Authority with Update rights (MSAu or MSMAu). The User can consult the actual status of one or more Enabling Conditions in the system. The actual status dashboard will show the actual status per Member State, CCI and Enabling Condition. Clicking on a row will show the procedures and Commission decisions that determine this actual status (First adopted programme version in which the Enabling Condition was used, assessed article 15(4) procedures in status Assessed by EC (Agreed), and assessed article 15(6) procedures with a “Commission decision on non-fulfilment” document referring to a Commission decision). |
To consult an Enabling Condition Actual Status, go to the Monitoring menu, select the Enabling conditions and then the Actual status option:
In the search screen, the User can consult the actual status of one or more Enabling Conditions in the system:
Click on the Enabling condition to see more details:
Remark | The list shows all distinct CCI, Enabling Condition combinations from the last adopted Programme versions. The Actual Status is determined by the most recent Enabling condition procedure. The User will only see CCIs of his country. The results from the dashboard can be exported to Excel. |
