30.01.2024: Data on LAGs for LEADER available in SFC2021

The new module ‘Data on LAGs for LEADER – LAG identification’ is now available in SFC2021 Production environment under the menu ‘MONITORING> Data on Monitoring and Evaluation> Data on LAGs for LEADER (EAFRD)’: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/epc2021/sfc-epc/home.

The Commission expects one submission by country (2 for Belgium) for LAGs selected in 2023 to be submitted by 30 April 2024. That's why the creation at LAGs data version should be done always at the national nodes, not at the regional ones.

To encode the Data on LAGs for LEADER, please upload the XML file for the LAGs identification (under section ‘General > Documents’) and submit the data to the European Commission.

For the encoding, validation & submission of data, the Member States’ users must have the MS Managing Authority (MA) or MS Paying Agency (MSPA) when there is only one Paying Agency per Member State, otherwise the MS Coordinating Body (MSCB) role for EAFRD. On the other hand, the users assigned with the new role, Entities authorised by the Member States for the encoding of data on LAGs, will be able to only encode & view LAGs data uploaded at their node.

Template of the XML files to be used for LAGs data encoding are to be found here:

The Quick Guide for the LAGs module is currently under preparation & we will notify you when it will be published in our portal.

You can send feedback, questions, or comments to the SFC2021 Support Team: EC-SFC2021-INFO@ec.europa.eu.

The report with the content of the CSP will be generated during the “Preparing for Send” action . Please note that report does not contain yet all SFC information (in particular intervention chapter might be skipped for the time being for large reports) . The form or content of this report should not constitute an impediment for sending the CSP to EC. This report will be improved in the coming days and the improved version will be used when performing the evaluation of the plan.

SFC2021 will remain operational throughout the Holiday period. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. Very limited user support will be available during this period. We strongly recommend Member States ensure they have the necessary roles and permissions and submit their data as early as possible. Click here for more information (also in FR/DE).
