20.12.2023: The module WTO notification (FY 2023) is now activated in Production

The SFC2021 module for the transmission of ‘Data for WTO notification of domestic support’  pursuant to 63 of Regulation (EU) 2022/128, is now available in SFC2021 Production environment https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/sfc2021/sfc-fo/home under menu ‘EXECUTION > WTO notification (EAGF, EAFRD)’.

An example of XML file that needs to be adapted and uploaded in the WTO notification module is available here: https://sfc.ec.europa.eu/en/2021/support-ms/wto?qt_support_pages=2

The XSD file, that defines the structure of this XML, is also available under the same link.

In order to be able to create, upload the XML files (under section ‘General > Documents’) and submit the WTO notification to the Commission, the Member States users must have the MS Paying Agency (MSPA) role or the MS Coordinating Body (MSCB) role for both EAGF and EAFRD.

Please feel free to send any questions or comments to the SFC Support Team: EC-SFC2021-INFO@ec.europa.eu

SFC2021 will remain operational throughout the Holiday period. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. Very limited user support will be available during this period. We strongly recommend Member States ensure they have the necessary roles and permissions and submit their data as early as possible.
