17.02.2023: EAFRD Declaration of Expenditure (Beta) test phase for the Member States

The EAFRD Declaration of Expenditure (Beta) is now open for testing by the Member States in Acceptance environment.
More details, instructions and guidelines will be provided very soon.

Roles required: MS Paying Agency or MS Coordinating Body for fund EAFRD (please contact your MS liaison if you don’t have these roles yet in Acceptance and/or Production environments).

It’s now possible to upload an XML file for “Advances EAGF – Wine projects above 5 Million” in Acceptance Environment. The XSD file has been updated accordingly and an XML example is also provided. Click 'View' for more information.

The module on Annual accounts and Management Declarations for the Paying Agency and the Coordinating Body (as relevant), pursuant to Article 33(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2022/128, is now available for testing in SFC2021 Acceptance environment https://webgate.acceptance.ec.europa.eu/sfc2021/sfc-fo/home under menu ‘EXECUTION > Annual Accounts and Management declaration(s) (EAGF, EAFRD)’. The SFC2021 application will remain operational and will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. No support will be available.
