The EAFRD Forecast of Expenditure (Article 21 of Commission Implementing regulation (EU) 2022/128) module is now available in SFC2021 from the menu ‘Execution > Forecast of Expenditure (EAFRD). First forecasts are expected by the 31st of January 2023, at the latest.
In order to create and submit their forecast, if not already done, Member State users should be granted the role of MS Paying Agency or MS Coordinating Body by their MS liaison officer.

On the basis of the latest discussion on the Implementing Acts on the CAP Plan content and the most recent version of the SFC Technical Guidelines (version 3), developments are being undertaken on a constant basis. The services of the Commission will be closed on 01/11/2021 and 02/11/2021. The SFC2021 application will remain operational throughout this period. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. However no Support will be available on these dates.
