03.06.2024: Update of XSD/XML/CSV files expected for the DIB communication

We would like to inform you that the XSD file (explaining the structure of the XML files) related to Data on Interventions and Beneficiaries (DIB) has been slightly adapted. XML and CSV examples have also been adapted accordingly.

All files and examples can be found on the dedicated DIB support page: https://sfc.ec.europa.eu/en/2021/support-ms/dib?qt_support_pages=2

The changes are:

  1. M160 should be an open text field and not a numerical value with two decimals
  2. M070 should be made optional and not mandatory
  3. B170 should be added in the XSD (right now it only has B171 and B172)
  4. XML files should contain <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> on the first line
