Partnership Agreement
PRG EMFAF (2238) - Create validation rule 038 - validate that the Partnership Agreement exists and has been sent:
|038 |E |Validate for version 1 that the Partnership Agreement of the country of the programme has already been sent to the Commission. The Partnership Agreement has not yet been sent to the Commission. The programme can be submitted to the Commission only after the submission of the Partnership Agreement.
Defects Fixed
Programme EMFAF
PRG EMFAF (2225) - In the Partnership Agreement Art36(4) or 36(5) must be chosen prior to creating a MARE programme. The system was not checking this. This has been fixed.
PRG EMFAF (2217) – The Programme was staying in status "Validated" if any modification done on Appendix 1 and/or 2. Even adding or removal of Appendix 1 & 2 should put the status on "Open". This has been fixed.
PRG EMFAF (2186) – When appendix 1 and 2 are created and filled system rolls back from "PREPARING FOR SEND TO EC " to "VALIDATED" after validate workflow action. This has been fixed.
PRG EMFAF (2185) - Report – An error was appearing when generating the report. This has been fixed.
General
GEN (1157) - Mandatory fields were accepting blank spaces. This has been fixed.
On the basis of the latest discussion on the Implementing Acts on the CAP Plan content and the most recent version of the SFC Technical Guidelines (version 3), developments are being undertaken on a constant basis. The services of the Commission will be closed on 01/11/2021 and 02/11/2021. The SFC2021 application will remain operational throughout this period. The application will be monitored to ensure that any unforeseen downtime is kept to a minimum. However no Support will be available on these dates.
