Depending on your web browser version and settings, the following problems may occur:
- menus are not displayed (you only see 'Search' but nothing happens when you click on it):
- you can't see a full list or full screen
- the response time is very slow
If this happens, please follow the steps below to solve the problem:
1. verify that the View of your browser is set to 100%
In Internet Explorer (IE):

2. Turn off 'Compatibility View' in your browser
If you're using Internet Explorer and the problem still persists please check the version of your Internet Explorer:
If the version is IE9 or higher the current problems are probably linked to a combination of your Windows and your browser settings and we can only advise you to try with another browser (Mozilla, Chrome,...).
If the browser version is older please upgrade your IE or use another browser (Mozilla, Chrome,...)
