The draft template for the SFC2021 Programmes is in annex V of the last Proposal for Common Provisions Regulation.
Based on the Dec 19 agreement between the co-legislators, there is a consolidated version which was distributed to the Member States by the Council during the legislative discussions, so Member States should already have the template.
In the 2021-2027 menu in SFC2014 Member States can upload the document in the format they have in order to be assessed by our colleagues from the Commission side.
The aim is to launch SFC2021 by the end of of the year (official date not yet communicated) and this will allow Member States to encode the programme in a structured manner.
