IR - Documents - Why can the Member State no longer see the option to upload the document type 'Other Member State Document' in the Implementation Report?

The removal of the option to upload the 'Other MS Document' type in the Implementation Report (IGJ, ETC & EMFF) was requested by DG REGIO and implemented in March 2016.
