Results WS priorization Survey to COESIF

Results of WS Survey.

  1. Context:

Article 5 of the Commission Implementing Regulation 184/2014 establishes that the SFC2014 system shall be accessible to the Member States and the Commission either directly through an interactive user-interface (i.e. a web-application) or via a technical interfaces using pre-defined protocols (i.e. web-services) that allows for automatic synchronization and transmission of data between Member States' information systems and SFC2014.

On the 3th of April, an electronic survey was launched within the COESIF members in order to identify the needs and priorities regarding the Web Services.


The objective of this survey is to identify which are the most important Web services for each Member State and when they will be used.

This will help the SFC Development team to identify and prioritize the Web services needs.

  1. Conclusions:

In the light of the results obtained, the prioritization of the development will be:

  1. Financial Services
  2. Audit Services
  3. Monitoring Services
  4. Programming Services

First Financial Services should be ready by 1Q of 2015.

  1. Detailed results:

For each IGJ object, two actions are defined:

Send: For creation, editing, validation, sending and returning. 
Read. To read the data stored in SFC

Then, for each pair (Object-Action) the user is requested to state the priority of the Web Services and when it will be required to be used for the first time. (first half (1H) or second half (2H) of the year).
