22/07/2021: SFC2014 New Release 4.2.9 - 17h00 to 17h30 CET

The following items are included in this new release:

 

Changes:

Rural development programme (EAFRD)

  • RDP EAFRD (12753) – The impacts of NGEU (EURI fund) are now reflected on the Rural development programme and the Quarterly declaration of expenditure. 
  • RDP EAFRD (12728) – A new validation rule (Warning) was created to avoid any retroactive change (from 2014 to 2020) in the table 10.1 of the financing plan.
    • VR 150 – Validate that the annual financial plan table of section 10.1 is “frozen”, presenting the financial allocation 2014-2020 as they have been planned (in last adopted RDP).
  • RDP EAFRD (13252) - The draft annex decision  (.pdf/.doc) that can be generated when a programme is submitted to the European Commission was improved by removing  some empty rows/boxes  for all articles that have been selected and that could be theoretically used for a given measure, even if these articles were  not used (no %).

Forecast of expenditure (EAFRD)

  • FOE EAFRD (12353) – To embrace the impact of ERI(NGEU) on the EAFRD forecast of expenditure, the title of  the menu  has been changed to “Forecast of expenditure (EAFRD/ERI)”. In addition, inside the object, the forecast of expenditure section have now an extra column for the source of financing in its table.

Control data and control statistics (EAFRD, EAGF)

  • CDS EAFRD EAGF (13296) – The WinCheckCSV version was updated to 21.3.01. so that the Member States can upload and send the Control Data and Control Statistics for claim year 2020. 

 

Defects fixed:

Rural development programme (EAFRD)

  • RDP EAFRD (13280) – The target value header in the Indicator Plan at the report was not correct: If transition applied "Target value 2023" is now corrected to "Target value 2025".

Annual Implementation Report (EAFRD)

  • AIR EAFRD (13291) – In the snapshot report, the chapter 10 on reporting of financial instruments was always displayed in English whatever the country was. This has been fixed and now the snapshot report is displayed in the official country language(s).
