Final Report (EGF)
- FR EGF (447362) - The user is now able to lower the European Commission's fund contribution towards a specific EGF Application (previously it was set at 60%). This change takes place in the Final Report under a new section 2.9 called "Percentage of EGF funding spent" with a tick box that gives the Member State the possibility to confirm 2 options:
a. "Percentage of EGF funding spent: 60%"
b. "Other percentage of EGF funding spent". Here MS should be obliged to introduce only the percentage and then SFC should apply the new percentage to the Certified EGF share of actual expenditureThe percentage selected will be used when calculating EGF's contribution in section 2 of the Final Report (available to European Commission's users only).
The validation rules 2.33, 2.34 were also added:
2.33 Validate in 2.9 that if the default EGF fund contribution is used then the MS defined EGF fund contribution is empty (implicit in web) (error)
2.34 Validate in 2.9 that if the default EGF fund contribution is not used then the MS defined EGF fund contribution is greater than 0% and less than 60% (implicit in web) (error)The validation rule 2.28 was also updated to include a check on whether one of the options 'a' or 'b' has been selected.
Finally, explanations about the budget were introduced and new sub-sections with free text (optional) were added in Sections 2.1 (under Beneficiaries) and 2.2 of the Final Report called "Other information regarding the budget of the package of personalised services" and "Other information regarding the budget of the activities".
