Changes:

Rural development programme (EAFRD)

• RDP EAFRD (13077, 13078, 13079, 13237) – The total indicative amounts and percentages for article 59(6) Reg 1305/2013 and Climate change Objectives are now displayed in separated lines: one for EAFRD and another one for EURI in section 10.1 and 10.3 (underneath the table).

Quarterly declaration of expenditure (EAFRD)

• RDP DOE (13245) – The system now allows the declaration of EURI expenditures in all quarters.

Control data and control statistics (EAFRD, EAGF)

• CDS EAFRD EAGF (13527) – The WinCheckCSV version was updated to 21.3.01. so that the Member States can upload and send the Control Data and Control Statistics for claim year 2020. This data should be sent at the latest by 15/07/2021.

Defects fixed: 

Rural development programme (EAFRD)

• RDP EAFRD (13223) – The user could not enter EAFRD/EURI allocation in row “Out of which performance reserve" when the cell wasn’t null or not zero. This has now been fixed.
• RDP EAFRD (13244) - In the section 10.1 the annual financial table footer was overlapped by the next component in  the page. This has now been fixed.
