The following items are included in this bugfix release:
Changes:
Rural development programme (EAFRD)
- RDP (12174) - There will be a change of the budget nomenclature for EAFRD and IPARD as from the 01/01/2021. The commissoin budget is strucutred in titles, chapters, articles and items and the budget item is used in the budget code structure in SFC2014 (e.g 05046001 01 111 19). The budget item will change with the new MFF 2021-2027 to 08 03 99 02 but the remaining part of the 15 digit budget code will not chage.
The implications for the declarations of expenditure are:
- Declarations until Q3/2020 (included) will be sent using the current item (05 04 60 01)
- Declarations from Q4/2020 (included) will be sent using the new item (08 03 99 02)
Quarterly declaration of expenditure (EAFRD)
- RDP DOE (12268) – The budget code eight first items displayed in the Legend are now adapted accordingly to the old and new nomenclature.
Defects Fixed:
Implementation report (IGJ)
- IR IGJ (12310) –The validation rule 2.8.4 wasn’t correctly implemented because it was calculating the cumulative figure of CR04 by summing up all CR04 rows (also those that are linked to a target). This has now been fixed.
