Operational Programme (IGJ)

Table 18a: Column added so the MS can indicate for a Priority, Fund, [Category of region] that they want to benefit from Article 25a(1a) of the CPR, providing for 100% co-financing during the 2021-2022 accounting period.

New dedicated priorities for CARE and REACT-EU CARE.

REACT-EU CARE is not restricted anymore to cross-financing (=flexibility) but also allows ERDF to support ERDF-type actions, and ESF to support ESF-type actions, as long as the priority axis is mono-Fund and there is only 1 Investment Priority: 

• Validation Rule 2.111 deleted
• Validation Rules 2.113 and 2.114 added
• In Table 1 the Thematic Objective / Investment priority List will contain all combinations valid for the Funds covered by the Programme (based on the CCI Budget Source), plus the ESF related Investment Priorities when Programme covers ERDF but not ESF, plus the ERDF related Investment Priorities when Programme covers ESF but not ERDF (This is to cover Article 98(4) CARE).

Changes related to the use of indicators in tables 4 and 5 under CARE and REACT-EU CARE Priority Axes: 

Two new ESF common output indicators: 

• CCO01 Total number of supported persons (measurement unit = number) 
• CCO02 Number of children under 18 years old (measurement unit = number) 

One new ESF reserved output indicator: 

• CPRO1Total number of participants who are granted temporary protection after fleeing the war in Ukraine (measurement unit = persons) 

Validation Rules 2.18 for Table 4 and 5, not to be triggered under CARE and REACT-EU CARE. 

Validation Rules 2.115 and 2.116 added.
