Changes:

Payment Application (IGJ, ETC, EMFF, IPACBC)

PAP IGJ ETC EMFF IPACBC (13551) - The requested amounts in the Application for Payment are automatically calculated and persisted, each time a modification is done on the Expenditure table. This calculation service will also return possible overbooking amounts per record in this Expenditure table. They will also be persisted and used in validation rule 2.28. This applies for all Funds and types.

Defects fixed:

Operational Programme (IGJ)

PRG IGJ (13618) - CARE VRs - VR 2.16.13 was triggered for React-CARE priority axes when not expected. This is fixed.

Payment Application (ETC)  

PAP ETC (13634) -  Error during payment application creation is fixed.
