We are pleased to announce that the a new module “Transmission of Authorities for Audit purposes (EAGF/EAFRD)” is now available for testing in SFC2021 Acceptance environment under “Audit” Menu: https://webgate.acceptance.ec.europa.eu/sfc2021/sfc-fo/programming/toa-va/content/full-list-authorities
This new module allows the Member States to consult their “List of valid Authorities (EAGF/EAFRD)” used for Audit purposes:
- Paying Agencies;
- Coordinating Bodies;
- Certification Bodies;
- Competent Authorities;
- Permanent Representation
and to consult the list of contact persons for each of these Authorities.
In order to update an Authority, send a new one, or update some contact persons, the Member states can create and send to the Commission a “Transmission of Authorities (ToA)”.
Please be aware that two types of modifications are foreseen:
- Minor: Where the MS will have full control of their data (for things like changing the contact person or the name of the Agency)
- Major: Where there might be needed to follow a workflow and some exchanges in order to be finished (notably the creation of a new Paying Agency)
A step-by-step tutorial on how to create, edit and send a Transmission of Authorities will be available soon on the SFC2021 Support Portal.

The activation of this module in Production is foreseen in January.
